About The Position
Brass Bird is hiring baristas for our new location opening Spring 2026 . We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who care about hospitality, quality drinks, and genuine customer connection. If you enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment and want to grow in coffee and hospitality, we’d love to meet you. Start Date: Early March 2026 (training and onboarding included)
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or similar coffee shop environment
- Ability to take direction and implement feedback positively
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
- Solid understanding of common espresso drinks and menu basics
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso drinks, matcha, and house-made beverages
- Engage with guests and provide a welcoming experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar
- Work collaboratively with the team during busy shifts
