Greet and welcome guests with a positive, customer-first attitude
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, teas, and food items promptly and with a sense of urgency to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Educate customers about our menu, answer questions, and help them find their perfect drink.
Demonstrate SERVE (Smile, Engage, Respect, Visible, Eager) principles consistently.
Keep the café clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
Handle cash transactions and follow company cash-handling procedures.
Support our team by communicating openly and stepping in where needed.
Keep a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the approved dress code and maintain good personal hygiene that reflects our welcoming, customer-focused culture.
Stay calm and confident during high-volume hours while maintaining excellent service.
Deliver on The Three Things every shift: great customer service, a clean/organized store, and great drinks & products.

A positive customer-focused attitude with a passion for coffee and people.
Willingness to learn and grow, receptive feedback.
Ability to multitask in a fast-pace environment.
Strong communication skills and team orientated mindset.
Reliable, punctual, and ready to deliver exceptional service.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Comfortable with repetitive tasks
Endurance to work full shifts and lift/carry supplies and equipment as needed.

Prior to customer service or food/beverage experience is a plus but not required.
