Requirements

Previous barista or café experience preferred, but a great attitude and willingness to learn go a long way.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
A true love for coffee, hospitality, and connecting with people!

Responsibilities

Craft delicious espresso drinks, teas, and other beverages with consistent quality and attention to detail.
Offer friendly, upbeat service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
Manage cash and POS transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at all workstations to keep the café running smoothly.
Assist with restocking, inventory, and display setup for pastries and grab-and-go items.
Support team members and jump in wherever needed to keep the energy (and coffee) flowing!
