About The Position
Motor Werks a proud member of the Murgado Automotive Group is enhances the customer experience with an in-house café designed exclusively for our guests. While customers wait for vehicle service or browse inventory, we provide a premium coffee experience in a professional dealership setting. We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Barista who understands that hospitality matters.
Requirements
- Previous barista, café, coffee shop, or food service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve espresso drinks, coffee, teas
- Provide exceptional customer service to dealership guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting café environment
- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Support dealership events with beverage service when needed
