Baristas We are seeking Guest-focused individuals to assist in our front of house (FOH) Café area. This particular opportunity will allow you to work within our espresso/juice/smoothie bar, making healthy & delicious smoothies, fresh juices, and espresso-based drinks. Responsibilities will also include: running the cash registers, answering Guest inquiries regarding ingredients and products, stocking, day-to-day maintenance, and cleaning. Café/Barista experience is strongly preferred. The Ideal Candidate will: Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every guest, maintaining outstanding standards, solid product knowledge and all other aspects of hospitality Complete all register transactions accurately and maintains the highest cash handling standards Prepare espresso drinks, teas, and smoothies Minimum - maximum range of $16.00 - $17.38 per hour plus tips! Shift Availability: 3-4 days per week, Friday - Sunday mandatory. 9am-5pm or 11:30am-7:30pm Location: 222 Dorset Street, South Burlington, VT
