About The Position

Bo's Beans at the Graduate Hotel is seeking a friendly and motivated Barista to join our team. As a Cashier/Barista, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee and tea beverages while providing outstanding customer service. Your role will include preparing drinks, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and a passion for coffee and tea preparation.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages with precision and care.
• Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines.
• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
• Take orders, handle payments, and manage the cash register.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating.
• Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
