What you’ll do:The Brass Tacks Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Serve as well bartender for the restaurant Greeting, thanking and delivering excellent guest service Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests Money handling, making change and handling credit card transactions Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment Follow all opening and closing procedures Handle high volume service with limited managerial oversight The Nitty Gritty Previous barista experience in a similar environment strongly preferred Strong customer service skills The ability to clearly and effectively communicate Basic math skills required for accurate money handling Necessary State Food Handler’s License & MAST Liquor Card Don’t meet every single requirement? Requirements

Previous barista experience in a similar environment strongly preferred
Strong customer service skills
The ability to clearly and effectively communicate
Basic math skills required for accurate money handling
Necessary State Food Handler’s License & MAST Liquor Card

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks
Serve as well bartender for the restaurant
Greeting, thanking and delivering excellent guest service
Describe menu options and be knowledgeable about beverage products to make appropriate recommendations to guests
Money handling, making change and handling credit card transactions
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas and equipment
Follow all opening and closing procedures
Handle high volume service with limited managerial oversight
