About The Position

St. Mary Medical Center, a member of Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic, is looking for a full time Barista to join our Dietary Team! What You Will Do: Prepare and serve coffee, specialty beverages, and light food items while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency. Provide friendly, efficient customer service to patients, visitors, and hospital staff in a fast‑paced environment. Maintain cleanliness, restock supplies, and follow all health, safety, and hospital sanitation protocols. Requirements

  • HS diploma or equivalency (preferred)
  • Barista or food service experience 1 year experience (minimum)

Nice To Haves

  • 2-4 years experience (preferred)
