Requirements
- Maintain regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays
- Adhere to all operating standards and policies, including beverage and food quality, cash handling, and safety and security procedures
- Minimum of six (6) months’ experience in a customer-facing role with frequent Guest interaction
- Ability to prepare and coach others in preparing food and beverages to standard recipes or customized Guest preferences (including temperature, ingredient adjustments, or substitutions)
- At least six (6) months’ experience leading or coordinating the work of two (2) or more team members
- Ability to direct and support the work of others
- Quick learner with strong attention to detail
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- Understanding of a fast-paced retail or café environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, service-driven attitude
