Essential Functions: Greets customers entering restaurant. Provides customers with drink menus and answers questions regarding menu and ingredients. Takes orders and is mindful of details and requests (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy and sugar ratios). Prepares beverages according to established recipes. Serves beverages and prepared food. Receives and process payments. Maintains cleanliness of bar area. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at the direction of management.
