Preparing and serving coffee, beverages, and other prepared foods. Prepares food and beverages according to guest orders, including customizations and substituted items. Presents physical and accurate check and process payment, adhering to all cash handling and credit policies/procedures including added and received gratuity. Checks in with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and/or beverage. Guest Experience and Company Standards Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs. Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly. Contribute to team goals. Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
