Position Summary The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized. This role is essential to maintaining efficient bar operations and providing excellent customer service. This is a seasonal role from September 1, 2025 and will end on January 1, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 and is tip eligible This position will remain open until January 1, 2026.
Requirements
- Previous bar or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Restock bar supplies (liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist bartenders during busy shifts
- Collect and wash glassware, utensils, and tools
- Remove trash and recyclables from the bar area
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned to support bar operations
