About The Position

Stocking Supplies: Keeping the bar stocked with liquor, syrups, glasses, napkins, garnishes, and other essentials. Restocking During Service: Refilling ice bins, changing beer kegs, and replacing liquor bottles as needed. Cleaning Duties: Cleaning up spills, organizing the bar area, and collecting empty glasses and bottles. Assisting Bartenders: Helping bartenders during busy hours by preparing garnishes, retrieving supplies, or even assisting with orders. Maintenance Tasks: Handling minor emergencies like cleaning up broken glass or unclogging drains.

Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy items (kegs, cases of beer/liquor bottles) for extended periods.
• Efficiency and Multitasking: Quick thinking and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities at once in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication Skills: Clear and professional interaction with bartenders, staff, and sometimes customers.
• Team Player Attitude: Willingness to assist bartenders and work collaboratively under pressure.
• Basic Knowledge of Bar Operations: Familiarity with bar supplies, drink garnishes, and simple bartending tasks can be a plus.
• Adaptability and Speed: Ability to respond quickly to changing demands during peak hours.
