About The Position
We are looking for an energetic and highly reliable Barback to support the efficient operation of our diverse beverage venues. This is an entry-level, highly active position where you play a crucial, non-supervisory role in beverage service. Your primary focus will be on the accurate stocking and handling of all inventory—including beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic mixers—before, during, and after each shift. Beyond stocking, you will be responsible for upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and sanitation. This includes sweeping and mopping, pulling trash, cleaning glassware, and maintaining the hygiene of all storage and serving areas. This role demands Initiative, Accuracy, and a commitment to Teamwork to ensure our bar staff can provide the quickest and friendliest service possible, promoting a safe and comfortable environment for every guest.
