Responsibilities
- Ensure all tables, counters, and other bar areas are clean and set according to standard.
- Collect empty bottles and glasses.
- Bus tables, load and unload glass washing machines.
- Store clean dishes, glasses, and equipment appropriately.
- Prepare mixers, juices, and cocktail garnishes.
- Change out beer kegs safely, requesting assistance when needed.
- Restock liquor bottles.
- Refill ice bins.
