Position Summary The Barback supports bartenders by ensuring the bar is fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout the event. This role is essential for maintaining fast and efficient bar service in a high-volume festival environment. This is a seasonal role from September 17, 2025 and will end on January 17, 2026. This role will pay an hourly rate of $15.00 and is tip eligible This position will remain open until December 19, 2025.

Requirements

• Previous barback, bar, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Physically able to lift and carry 30-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to take direction
• Knowledge of basic bar operations a plus

Responsibilities

• Restock alcohol, mixers, ice, cups, garnishes, and other supplies as needed
• Change kegs, replace CO2 tanks, and assist with product setup
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and free of debris throughout shifts
• Assist bartenders with preparing garnishes and basic drink prep
• Remove trash, empty bins, and ensure recycling protocols are followed
• Support bartenders and managers in maintaining efficient workflow
• Follow all company, venue, and festival safety and sanitation guidelines
