Beverly Wilshire a Four Seasons Hotel is looking for a BLVD Barback , who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. The BLVD Barback reports to the BLVD Restaurant General Manager. Work authorization for the location is required. Requirements

• To perform successfully, the BLVD Barback must not only have the qualifications and abilities to perform each of the essential functions of this position.

Responsibilities

• Request, pick, verify and put away all requisitions for liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks and food items used for the bar areas.
• Stock the bar areas with liquor, wine, beer, juices, soft drinks, glassware and condiments.
• Develop a complete working knowledge of all products served by the bar
• To ensure that the bar is stocked and all side opening and closing duties are complete
