About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented Busser / Food Runner / Prep Cook to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Requirements

Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Dependable and punctual
Detail-oriented
Ability to follow instructions carefully

Responsibilities

Clear tables quickly and efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room
Assist servers with guest needs as directed
Restock bar & service supplies
Assist with opening and closing side work
Deliver food from kitchen to guests in a timely and accurate manner
Ensure plates are presented properly and match ticket orders
Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
Assist in expediting orders during busy shifts
Prepare ingredients (chopping vegetables, portioning proteins, preparing sauces)
Follow recipes and kitchen standards precisely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of prep areas
Label and store food according to health and safety standards
Assist line cooks during peak service times
