Requirements
- Friendly and approachable attitude that helps guests (and the team) feel welcome and cared for every day.
- Previous food and/or beverage experience required.
- Previous experience in a hospitality field with demonstrated excellent guest service abilities.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
- Must have or be able to obtain a valid OLCC permit and a food handlers card meeting and maintaining health and sanitation standards at all times.
- Comfortable communicating clearly and positively with both guests and teammates.
Nice To Haves
- GED or HS Diploma preferred.
Responsibilities
- Make sure the space stays safe, clean, and friendly for both guests and the rest of the team; speak up and report any safety concerns to the Safety Committee.
- Set the stage for a smooth shift by assisting with opening and closing side work.
- Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and provide helpful, professional service throughout their visit.
- Guide guests through food and beverage offerings, answer questions, and deliver items with polished tray service.
- Stay mindful of responsible alcohol service, keeping communication open with the bartender and team.
- Ensure every dish meets the restaurant's standards; if something's not right, request a re-fire so guests always enjoy the best.
- Jump in where needed to support the team and keep things running smoothly. (Other duties as assigned)
