The Bar Manager also supports senior leadership in upholding all brand standards and core values while meeting or exceeding Old Savannah Distillery (OSD) business objectives. Assist and educate guests in making beverage selections. Prepare orders and process orders and payments on the register. Assist fellow team members in ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This position requires a good sense of responsibility to lead and manage others with the ability to motivate staff and promote a harmonious workplace. Eligibility requirements may apply Essential Functions Maintain inventory, ensure proper rotation, maximize existing inventory profits, and properly documentation of inventory reporting. Keep track of costs, sales, and labor costs. Maintain quality and security of the building, equipment, props, and inventories. Accountable for supply inventory levels and the security of all supply inventories and monies. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, such as accurately producing and maintaining reports, work schedules, routine correspondence, and other departmental documents as necessary. Keep records required by government agencies. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on all spirits and mixers, such as soft drinks, juices, syrups, and bitters. Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with local liquor distributors. Work with OSD Operations Manager on the prep and training of the tasting attraction.
