About The Position

The Jewelry Bar Manager is responsible for leading the guest experience, staff, sales, merchandising, and daily operations of Burnley Enterprises’ retail jewelry store at Kitchen Kettle Village. Join our fun, stylish jewelry store where every day sparkles! We carry our own sterling silver private label, plus fan-favorite brands like Brighton, Pandora, Enewton, Kendra Scott, and we’re launching permanent jewelry in 2026. As Store Manager, you’ll lead a friendly, enthusiastic team, create joyful guest experiences, and help our store shine. If you love trendy jewelry, a welcoming atmosphere, and making guests feel special, this role is for you. This hands-on leader sets the tone for outstanding guest experiences by inspiring staff, modeling Burnley Enterprises’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How to B.E., and driving strong sales performance while creating a welcoming, high-energy environment for both guests and team members. Requirements

  • Lead daily store operations, including opening, closing, and completion of routine tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming store environment for guests and staff.
  • Model and reinforce Burnley Enterprises’ Vision, Mission, Values, and How to B.E. in all interactions.
  • Prioritize presence on the sales floor to build relationships, serve guests, and drive sales.
  • Set and track daily, monthly, and annual sales goals to meet financial objectives.
  • Deliver an engaging, confident shopping experience and encourage repeat business through outreach.
  • Train, coach, and motivate the team, ensuring all staff complete sales training.
  • Communicate updates clearly, hold team members accountable, and manage performance documentation.
  • Partner with leadership on scheduling, coverage, and inventory control procedures.
  • Execute merchandising guidelines and maintain visual standards that support sales and enhance the guest experience.
