About The Position

Solette Seattle is looking for a hands-on Bar Manager to lead one of the city’s most exciting rooftop beverage programs. This is a lead-from-the-front role for a hospitality-driven professional who thrives in high-energy environments, loves creative cocktails, and knows how to build strong teams and profitable programs. Requirements

  • 4+ years bartending experience in high-volume or upscale venues
  • 2–5 years in a bar leadership or management role
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine, beer, and cost controls
  • Proven leadership, communication, and team-development skills
