The Bar Manager oversees organizes and leads training for multiple bars, restaurants and the lounge. The Bar Manager sources clients for the F&B operation, establishes and maintains long term relationships with clients and patrons as well as external vendors and suppliers. They will work closely with Restaurant managers and the Director of Food & Beverage as well as other Four Seasons departments. They will also work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to offer an attractively balanced and well-presented Food & Beverage selection.
