Bar Manager
About The Position
The Bar Manager oversees organizes and leads training for multiple bars, restaurants and the lounge. The Bar Manager sources clients for the F&B operation, establishes and maintains long term relationships with clients and patrons as well as external vendors and suppliers. They will work closely with Restaurant managers and the Director of Food & Beverage as well as other Four Seasons departments. They will also work closely with the Chef de Cuisine to offer an attractively balanced and well-presented Food & Beverage selection.
Requirements
- passion for wine, beer and spirits
- previous experience within a similar role of overlooking the resort's entire beverage program (alcoholic and non-alcoholic)
- strong knowledge in wines, particularly Italian wines & French champagnes
- highly adaptable, flexible, and possess high levels of credibility and respect as well as food knowledge
- minimum of 3 years as a Food and Beverage manager experience in a hotel setting
- Must be fully flexible
