About The Position

Responsible for keeping all bar areas stocked with supplies. Always strives to deliver world-class products and service for our guests. Always cheerful, helpful, and professional when interacting with guests and team members. Displays to the guest that they are the most important person at this moment. Takes ownership and has an "It's my job" attitude. Cares enough to move into the guest’s world to understand their needs and perspectives.

Requirements

• 21 years old
• S. Nevada Health District Food Handler Card
• Alcohol Awareness Card
• Must be customer service and team orientated.
• Must have basic math skills.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.
• Must be flexible, adaptable, and self motivated.
• Must be able to work in an outdoor pool environment, in extreme weather conditions, which includes extreme heat and direct sunlight throughout the scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies such as liquor, liquor mixes, milk, whipping cream, fruit caddie, ice, napkins, straws, etc.
• Complete inventory and paperwork as assigned.
• Organize and maintain bar storage areas, stock coolers.
• Assist the bartender with customers when needed.
• Responsible to meet: Health and Safety Regulations, company guidelines, service standards, labor standards, and product quality within all areas of the beverage department.
• Other job-related duties as assigned and instructed by management.
