Our Core Values : Integrity, Communication, Accountability, Respect, Teamwork JOB SUMMARY: Assists bartender with stocking, mixing beverages, pouring beer cleaning up and tending to guests when needed, the Bar Back supports the bartender, assisting when needed ensuring that all guests’ needs are met in an expedient and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a class 12 Mixologist permit.
  • Must be able to obtain a Food handle permit.
  • Ability to operate a P.O.S System.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work within time constraints, stay on task and follow directions.
  • Excellent guest service skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Pass NRWC pre-employment testing.
  • Ability to work peak business hours.
  • Ability to obtain a Class II Gaming License.
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods of time and move from area to area.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, lift carry items weighing up to 50 lbs on a regular and continuous basis.
  • Must be able to reach with hands and arms.
  • Ability to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Clear communication must be able to work in tandem with bartender.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Basic prep work behind the bar included but not limited to refilling ice bins, replacing kegs, cutting garnishes stocking beer, wine, liquor.
  • Clearing away and washing glassware as needed.
  • Cleans bar, work area, tables, and equipment.
  • Gives breaks to bartenders as needed.
  • Mix and serves drinks as required by business levels.
  • Cover shifts due to business needs.
  • Stocking and organizing of all bar product.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
