About The Position

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer and wine from the warehouse on a daily basis and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer and wine as needed in the bar throughout the shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

• Retrieves all needed beverage items and garnishes from the storeroom and delivers to the bar; restocking all coolers with enough product for the shift.
• Keeps service wells filled with ice, guaranteeing bartenders have a steady supply throughout the shift.
• Ensures beer taps are working properly.
• Keeps supplies, such as garnishes, straws, and napkins, stocked throughout the entire shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Clears any glassware or plates left on the bar top; washes dirty glassware to maintain stock at the bar.
• Helps ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the bar; wipe down bar walls, bar coolers and floors under equipment; sweep and mop bar floors, including floor mats.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
