About The Position

The barback is responsible for assisting the bartender while performing barback
duties. Duties include providing superior guests service, providing relief
assistance to bar staff when needed, stocks beer, wine, liquor, mixers, ice and
dry goods and assists with always keeping the bar area clean and presentable.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required
• Able to effectively communicate in English via verbal and written.
• Ability to extended hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must have the ability to work well with guests and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all departmental service standards are upheld.
• Keeps the bar stations fully stocked (ice, mixes, garnishes, napkins, straws, etc)
• Empties trash as necessary throughout the shift, and at the end of the shift.
