About The Position

Position: Bar Attendant Primary Responsibilities: •Make desserts •Make alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages •Clean and maintain work area Secondary Responsibilities: •Provide customer service to guests and internal customers •Order supplies and food items Normal Working Hours: •8-9 hours per day during busy season, including weekends and holidays Past Work Experience Requirements: •Food preparation and bartending •Customer service experience Educational Requirements: •High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred Communication Skills Requirements: •Good listener •Ability to write and read English Technical Requirements: •Operate P.O.S. (Point of Sales) •Use of: Microwave, Espresso Machine, Shake Machine, Yogurt Machine, Whip Cream Machine •Ability to obtain West Virginia Food Handler’s Permit Physical Requirements: •Standing for long periods of time •Lifting, carrying and stocking of 40 pounds daily Work Conditions: •Quick pace •Small space •Potentially stressful Required Supervision: •Supervisor is on the floor or available at all time •Self Motivated Other Requirements: •People oriented – service minded •Detail oriented •Friendly •Hospitable •Personable •Professional appearance •Organized •Team Player •Must have a smile Requirements Subject to Change
