About The Position

The purpose of this position is to work behind the bar to facilitate the smooth flow of service to customers by the Bartender/Beverage Server. Performs the service of replenishing stock and all required cleaning.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No previous experience required
  • Fluent and literate in English
  • Must be 21 years of age.
  • Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
  • Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
  • Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures
  • Mobility to constantly move about the property
  • Ability to bend, reach, squat, climb stairs
  • Ability to move and carry large, heavy objects weighing up to 90 pounds (keg weight).
  • Ability to use repetitive hand motion, holding, grasping
  • Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights
  • Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment
  • Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products. Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.

Responsibilities

  • Checks and maintains the required par stock on assigned station.
  • Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of assigned work area.
  • Assists the Bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests special requests, and during busy times icing drink glasses and (depending on assigned station) pouring drinks.
