About The Position
As a Nurse Resident, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care tailored to each patient’s condition, symptoms, and treatment plan. You’ll gain real-world experience managing individualized, goal-directed care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing, all while working within Baptist Health Care’s policies and best practices. Throughout the program, you’ll build clinical judgment, confidence, and professional skills in a supportive, collaborative environment designed specifically for new nurses.
