Requirements

  • Previous Guest Service experience.
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Smart Serve Certificate
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexible availability.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the check for wines sold to guest, receive payment and prepare credit card vouchers.
  • Answer any guest questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.
  • Should always conduct him/himself with a pleasant and helpful attitude towards guest, co-workers and managers.
  • Verifies the cash float provided by the general cashier upon commencement of the shift.
  • Obtain liquor tickets and completes the form for the recording ticket numbers to ensure correct cash balancing controls.
  • Ensure proper amount of cash is collected for each beverage ticket sold.
  • Complete the ticket sales summary.
  • Deposits sales in the general cashier’s safe.
  • Open communication with Manager to report any challenges and issues.
  • Inform manager of any shortage of stock.
  • Adhere to and comply with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.
  • Complies with Hotel policies and procedures.
  • Reports for duty on time and follow Chelsea grooming policy. Nametag must be visible at all times.
  • Perform other task as assigned by Management.
