About The Position

As a Banquet Utility Porter, you will play a key role in bringing our events to life by supporting the setup, breakdown, and smooth operation of meeting and banquet spaces. From keeping storage areas stocked and organized to transporting equipment and replenishing supplies, your behind-the-scenes efforts will ensure every detail is ready for guests to enjoy. With your reliability, efficiency, and service mindset, you’ll help create WOW moments that make events truly unforgettable.

Responsibilities

• Stock and maintain back-of-house storage areas, hallways, and pantries with snacks, condiments, beverages, paper products, and other essentials
• Manage and replenish linen inventory and supplies in designated storage areas
• Transport and set up event equipment including tables, mini fridges, coolers, rolling walls, and tableware
• Break down and clean event spaces following departmental procedures, returning goods and equipment to proper storage
• Pick up and deliver products from the warehouse or direct orders, following proper delivery protocols
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies at all times
