About The Position

As a Security Dispatcher, you will be the central communication hub for our Security Department, relaying critical information between Security Officers and Management. You’ll monitor security systems, direct emergency responses, and manage a fast-paced communication center. Your quick decision-making, attention to detail, and ability to stay calm under pressure will play a crucial role in the safety and satisfaction of our guests and staff.

Requirements

• Holds a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrates proficiency in operating radio, telephone, and computer systems
• Communicates clearly and effectively with guests, staff, and external agencies
• Remains calm and organized in high-pressure situations
• Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and displays strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Monitor cameras, access control systems, and alarm panels, ensuring timely responses to potential security threats
• Coordinate and direct Security Officers during incidents and emergencies, ensuring efficient and effective action
• Maintain communication with the Global Security Operations Center and relay information between teams, management, and other departments via radios and telephones
• Accurately log and maintain records of security incidents, emergencies, and communications in real-time
• Follow established emergency protocols and coordinate with local authorities during critical situations
• Assist in investigations by locating and retrieving relevant video footage
