Requirements

  • Experience in banquet or event operations, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding service and creating exceptional events.
  • The ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise banquet staff, providing direction, support, and training.
  • Coordinate with clients, event planners, and other departments to ensure event success.
  • Oversee room setups, service, and breakdowns, maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Manage event logistics, ensuring timelines are met and details are executed flawlessly.
  • Address and resolve guest concerns, providing exceptional service at all times.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and service standards.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
