About The Position

Younes Hospitality is seeking a full-time Banquet Supervisor. Younes Hospitality hosts large conferences, trade shows, meetings, and weddings at its three conference centers. We are looking for a positive, self-driven leader who uses a “hands-on” work style. As a Banquet Supervisor, you would get excellent experience to use as a building block in the events industry. In this position, you would directly oversee banquet servers and additional event staff. Responsibilities include training, planning, assigning, and directing work, addressing complaints, and resolving problems. This job requires clear communication skills and the ability to work and supervise numerous banquets at the same time. Younes Hospitality operates seven days a week. Weekend and evening availability is required. Shifts will be rotated as much as possible to be fair to all supervisors. At times, it may be necessary to move you from your accustomed shift if business or task assignments demand.
