About The Position

Responsible for the successful set-up, breakdown and servicing of banquets, functions and meetings while providing superior guest service.

Requirements

• Must have or valid obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire.
• Must have or valid obtain Title 4 certification upon hire.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment. Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all casino and departmental policies and procedures
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Set-up and tear-down as instructed for meetings, banquets and functions.
• Ensure proper handling of equipment during set-up and break-down to minimize wear and tear.
• Notify Banquet Captain of incidents or conflicts that affect normal business operation or guest services.
• Ensure functions are set fifteen minutes prior to the start time.
• Ring up Food & Beverage orders as needed.
• Ensure a maximum level of service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
• Attention to cleanliness of the Front and Back of the House
• Attend all meetings and training as required
• Perform other duties as assigned.
