Requirements

Previous experience in banquet service or a similar role is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility in working hours and days, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Set up banquet rooms as per event specifications, including tables, chairs, linens, and other necessary items.
Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner during events.
Ensure timely and efficient service, anticipating guests' needs and responding promptly.
Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events, ensuring the space is ready for the next function.
Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service.
