Part Time Banquet Server

Requirements
- Previous food and beverage service experience required.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage and a passion for service.
- Proven experience in flourishing in dynamic team environments.
- Flexible schedule, ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
- WA Food Handler Card required.
- WA Liquor control (MAST) card required.
- Must hold valid US work authorization.
- Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs.
- Frequent kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
- Must be able to perform simple grasping, fine manipulation, and repetitive hand & arm movements frequently, and squeezing & overhead reaching occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet and dining areas according to event specifications.
- ensure all table settings are clean, properly arranged, and meet standards.
- Serving group functions per individual client specifications.
- Server food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
- Ensure guests' needs are met throughout the event, including refilling drinks and addressing any special requests.
- Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
- Have full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions and menus.
