WE LOVE OUR WORK. As a Banquet Server , you will: Shift: On-Call | Pay: $7.50 per hour + tips (Avg $22 to $25 per hour) Provides fast, friendly, professional, and responsive customer service to restaurant guests, restaurant staff, and culinary production team. Takes food and beverage orders, delivers prepared food promptly, and checks with table periodically to ensure guest satisfaction. Maintains current and accurate information regarding menu (i.e., preparation techniques, seasonings, ingredients, and plate presentation). Suggests items to guests based on expressed guest preferences. Resolves service issues according to established guidelines. Assists bus persons, as necessary, in bussing, cleaning, and setting tables. Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards. Deep cleans restaurant equipment (tables, chairs, booths, soda and juice dispensers, coffee machines), as scheduled, or required. Operates and maintains equipment as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures. Completes assigned side work as directed. Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with previous food server experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to follow all departmental and property policies and procedures.
• Must be able and willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime, as business needs dictate.
• Ability to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities, projects, or assignments.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of wine service, table service procedures, and table etiquette strongly preferred.
