Join us to make legends happen! JOB SUMMARY: The Banquet Server plays a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage service to our catering guests. This position requires a detail-oriented, guest-focused professional who ensures each event is executed seamlessly, creating memorable experiences for every client.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards, etiquette, and guest relations.
- Strong communication skills; ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Physically able to lift and carry 10–30 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
- Must be able to stand, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods of time.
- Team-oriented with a strong focus on delivering excellent guest service.
Nice To Haves
- Prior banquet or catering service experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Prepare banquet spaces by setting tables, linens, and service ware according to event specifications.
- Transport and set up necessary equipment, food, and beverages in designated event areas.
- Present and serve food and beverages in a professional, courteous, and timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- Monitor assigned tables, promptly removing used items and maintaining a clean and orderly dining environment.
- Safely return equipment, linens, and unused beverages to appropriate storage locations.
- Support catering operations by performing side work, restocking supplies, and general cleaning duties to maintain health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with catering supervisors and teammates to ensure smooth service flow and event success.
- All other duties as assigned.
