Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner to ensure a great experience. Maintain clean, well-organized event spaces. Work closely with Banquet Captains and team members to execute successful events.
Requirements
- Service-Minded Individuals: Prior customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
- Team-Oriented Attitude: Willingness to collaborate and support fellow staff.
- Adaptability: Comfortable learning new tasks and operating in a fast-moving event environment.
- Schedule Flexibility: Availability during peak event times, including evenings, weekends, and high-volume periods.
- This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, carry and serve loaded trays, and assist with room setups and event transitions.
