Requirements
- A service-driven individual who thrives in social, fast-paced environments.
- Attentive to detail, with an eye for presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Comfortable carrying trays, lifting, and being on your feet for extended periods.
- Calm and professional under pressure, even during large-scale events.
- A strong communicator who connects easily with guests and teammates.
- Flexible with scheduling, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
- ServSafe and/or TIPS certification preferred or required depending on local regulations.
Nice To Haves
- Experienced in banquet, catering, or restaurant service (preferred, not required).
Responsibilities
- Prepare banquet spaces with tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and service ware according to Banquet Event Orders (BEOs).
- Provide attentive, timely, and professional food and beverage service throughout events.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and ensure a seamless experience.
- Maintain a polished presentation of food, drinks, and service stations.
- Support setup, execution, and breakdown of events, including cleaning, resetting, and organizing service areas.
- Follow directions from the Banquet Captain and communicate effectively with the team.
- Handle guest requests and concerns with a solutions-first mindset and professionalism.
- Adhere to safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines at all times.
