About The Position

The Banquet Server plays an essential role in creating seamless, memorable events by delivering attentive, professional service to guests. This position directly influences the success of banquets, conferences, weddings, and special events through efficient preparation, service, and cleanup that reflects the highest standards of hospitality. Contribute to smooth banquet operations through efficient setup, attentive service, and thorough breakdown. Enhance guest satisfaction by anticipating needs and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Support colleagues and event flow by assisting and covering during breaks. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong guest service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Attention to detail in table settings, cleanliness, and presentation.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing event requirements.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Full availability, no scheduling restrictions is required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bartending experience is required.
• Successful completion of a background check is required prior to employment.

Nice To Haves

• Prior guest service or server experience preferred; banquet/catering experience a plus.
