Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or banquet serving preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and courteously during banquets and events
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings and decorations
• Ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained throughout the event
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with event staff and kitchen personnel to coordinate service flow
• Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup
