Requirements
- Ability to function in a team or independent setting.
- Knowledge of all liquor laws and regulations concerning service of alcoholic beverages.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff.
Nice To Haves
- Relevant experience in a high quality, high volume banquet environment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Familiarity with all menu items, wine, and spirits.
- Have a thorough knowledge of the sequence of service and follow it at all times.
- Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
- Assist all other servers as needed.
- Maintain designated stations by checking for proper table settings and cleanliness and ensure clean and full condiments are used.
- Serve beverages with proper garnish.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
