About The Position

We are looking for a Banquet Server to join our exciting and bustling banquet department. As a Banquet Server you will assist the team with event set-up, provide outstanding food and beverage service to guests during event functions, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized banquet area.

Requirements

• Ability to work professionally in a team-setting and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand and work on your feet for a minimum of 8 hours
• You must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 30lbs.

Nice To Haves

• Previous banquet or food and beverage experience is preferred 

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional food and beverage service and exude a passion for events
• Ensures complete accuracy of banquet set-up per the BEO including tables, linen, glassware, cutlery, centerpieces, food and bar stations, and miscellaneous décor
• Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Assist in breakdown of events including clearing and storing banquet tables, cleaning service stations, bringing used glassware and cutlery to dishwasher etc.
