Arranging tables, chairs, table linens, china, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces; picking-up and delivering guests meals from the kitchen; responding to special requests; providing beverage services.

Responsibilities

  • Courteously, professionally and efficiently serve guests at assigned stations.
  • Preparing and setting up function rooms and areas for service.
  • To serve all banquet functions.
  • To perform all food and beverage related duties as assigned.
  • Have complete knowledge of items served.
  • Be able to carry banquet trays.
  • To have knowledge in setting up coffee breaks and buffet tables.
  • To take direction from supervisors.
  • Adhering to all rules as determined by management.
  • To attend all training sessions and meetings as directed by management.
