Arranging tables, chairs, table linens, china, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces; picking-up and delivering guests meals from the kitchen; responding to special requests; providing beverage services.

Responsibilities
- Courteously, professionally and efficiently serve guests at assigned stations.
- Preparing and setting up function rooms and areas for service.
- To serve all banquet functions.
- To perform all food and beverage related duties as assigned.
- Have complete knowledge of items served.
- Be able to carry banquet trays.
- To have knowledge in setting up coffee breaks and buffet tables.
- To take direction from supervisors.
- Adhering to all rules as determined by management.
- To attend all training sessions and meetings as directed by management.
