ABOUT THE ROLE Reporting to the Event Manager, Banquet Captain, and Lead Server. Banquet Servers work at special events and functions with a focus on fine dining skills. Banquet Servers are responsible for all aspects of the guest’s experience at the event, including greetings, serving drinks and dishes, proper wine service, and refilling beverages as needed. As a Banquet Server, you will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
