About The Position

The Banquet Server is responsible for preparing and delivering food and beverage items in a timely manner, providing exceptional customer service with a smile, and ensuring that all of guests have a memorable Live 5 experience.

Requirements

Ability to use fountain soft drink, tea and coffee machines.
Ability to read and write basic instructions.
Knowledge of Alcohol Beverage Control laws, health regulations, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Public relation skills needed.
Ability to read and follow instructions from Banquet.
Must have the ability to secure and maintain licensure as required by Maryland Gaming Control Board or any other applicable regulatory entity as may be required to perform assigned duties, or as required by Live’s operating standards.

Nice To Haves

A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
One - three years of experience in casual, buffet or fine dining restaurant is preferred.

Responsibilities

Maintain a professional appearance and mannerism.
Assist with set-up of tables, linens, chairs, etc. for full service of banquet events.
Provide excellent food and beverage service for banquet events.
Maintain knowledge of policies and procedures.
Maintain back of the house, front of the house and side work duties for overall productivity of banquet events.
Maintain positive and professional attitude.
Other duties as assigned.
