This position requires someone that is friendly, eager to learn and a self-motivator. Due to the high amount of guest contact, he / she needs to be a people person, intuitive and friendly with a vibrant personality. The Banquet House Person is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and refreshing meeting rooms and spaces for events according to hotel specifications and group requirements, courteously and efficiently. Maintains cleanliness and condition of the work areas and equipment. To work closely with the Food and Beverage team to ensure achievement of strategic departmental goals, especially in the area of guest satisfaction. To be prepared to work flexible shifts at designated area to create a fully multi skilled and productive Food and Beverage team with a sense of Aloha.
